		<description>Hi

My name is Stacey Peake and I follow your magazine.

We are launching our new online dress rental concept store, MY DESIGNER
WARDROBE COLLECTIONS this coming week. An exciting new twist to the current online ONLY
stores is that clients can come in and try a dress on before they commit to
renting it, which is our point of difference that leaves us with more
satisfied customers. Also we offer girls the opportunity to send in their dresses they own
so we can rent them on their behalf. This means girls can make money off the dresses hanging
in their wardrobes. Excellent way to make money through the recession! We are a nation wide website which is launching this coming week.

Brisbane¹s City News featured MY DESIGNER WARDROBE COLLECTIONS last month
and we have had a fantastic response, which has led us to opening our store
in New Farm, Brisbane. We did a segment on ACA last week also and would love the opportunity to speak to you about a possible editorial on our business?
I have been reading your magazine extensively and believe our business would be of interest to your readers. Loving your magazine by the way !!

We would have attached below the Press Release that our media representative has put together to
give an overview of our business.

RENT YOUR DRESSES - MY DESIGNER WARDROBE COLLECTIONS

We¹ve all heard about recession proofing your wardrobe but why not make
passive income from your dresses instead?

For anyone who has considered selling your frocks on Ebay/online auctions,
save yourself the headache. Brisbane-based fashion experts, Stacey Peake and
Michelle Bates are open for business with My Designer Wardrobe Collections,
located at 888 Brunswick Street, New Farm.

This ingenious concept store solves two common problems:

1. Wardrobe clutter from hoarding those dresses just in case you may wear
them again sometime.

2. The last minute panic of not having a hot dress for that big event before
payday.

This leading edge store is designed to make your shopping experience
efficient and fabulous and is filled with racks full of current and classic
fashion. Think Sass &amp; Bide, Pierucci, Manning Cartell, Willow, Bettina
Liano, Wayne Cooper and Alice McCall. For shoppers, its a woman&#039;s dream,
with a range of designers, sizes and styles at a fraction of the original
price. Its all about access over ownership.

So how does it work? If you have a dress that you havn&#039;t worn in a while,
take it down to My Designer Wardrobe Collections and every month you will
receive a payment into your bank account according to how many times your
dress has been rented. The rental amount is worked out on a percentage of
the original price, with a loading for current season garments. On average,
a $600 dress rent for $99 each time and the owner receives 40% of that fee.

There are no charges to the owner and your dress is guaranteed to be handled
with care or you will be compensated.

Everyone with a passion for fashion wants to look their best at important
events and functions. My Designer Wardrobe helps you to achieve the latest
looks on any budget or make your money back on the dress you love, but hate
to see hanging listlessly in your wardrobe.
