For our Paris Fashion challenge, we are seeking an elite group of up-and-coming designers to showcase women’s style and trends this summer in Paris. The winner will receive $5,000 cash, an opportunity to be a featured designer at the 2012 Boston Fashion Week – The Emerging Trends show or Cannes Loves Fashion in France, and a feature in a major European trade publication. The 15 contestants chosen for this contest will participate in three rounds, where five judges will eliminate contestants until the top three designers remain. The Emerging Trends 2012 is another unique fashion show that is held in Boston in late September. This event is a dedicated effort to support the Boston fashion community in developing a reputable image as a fashion capital of innovation and creativity.
